What is somatic healing?

Somatic healing is a holistic approach that emphasizes the mind-body connection to enhance overall well-being. It utilizes various techniques such as body awareness, breathwork, movement therapy, and touch therapy to release physical, emotional and energetic tension. Helping individuals regulate their nervous system allows for space to achieve a balanced and harmonious state. This approach addresses the root causes of the imbalances, offering a comprehensive path to healing.

My Journey

I am a trauma-informed Somatic Healer with a Mastery Certification in The TCS Method. After a long career in Finance and Sales, I felt burnt out and unfulfilled. Healing from a traumatic marriage, I worked intensively with a therapist to reconnect with myself and repattern old behaviors. This journey led me to discover my calling: guiding others to mind-body connection through somatic healing.

Inspired by my love for the beach and the healing power of waves, I founded my company to help people connect their mind, body, and heart. As a somatic healer, I guide individuals through emotions, inner child wounds, and trauma. My method utilizes various tools, including breath, sound, scent, and movement. Together, we support nervous system regulation, promote chakra energy flow and alignment, all with love, safety, and positive intentions.
